  • You grant Owen Opinions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content or material you provide for the purpose of creating the final deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

6. Modifications and Revisions

  • In the event of termination, the client will pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owen Opinions, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or the use of the services.
